Well, the summer was wonderful with plenty of fun Class III whitewater and beautiful days. We had a great time with many first timers and many
families with children. It
appears the Fall season is beginning to look like last spring with amazing river levels ! Hurrican Irene got it started and now we have even more rain. Fortunately we have picked up just the right amount of percipitation to provide ideal Big Water conditions.
Back to the Big Water
Mountain Snow means Big Water !
The Adirondack Mountains are receiving heavy snow this winter in the High Peaks.
Come April 9th ( Opening Day on the Hudson River Gorge ) Adirondac Rafting Company will be blasting through the Gorge with the snow melt.
Another Great Season
What a great season we had on the Hudson River, lots of sunshine and whitewater with just enough rain to keep great river levels. We’re running till Columbus Day weekend, then its almost time to get the skis out !! We’ll be ready to run the Big Water early next April for the hearty rafters looking for the extra thrill of spring.
